CARE & QUESTIONS
01 WASH— Machine wash cold, inside out.02 DRY— Hang it, or tumble on low.03 IRON— Warm, on the reverse only. Direct heat on the outer face flattens the weave that does the sun work.
1.Will the UPF wash out over time?
No. The UV blocker is ceramic titanium dioxide spun into the filament itself, not a finish applied on top. After 30 home washes the laboratory measured no loss of protection — the fabric will wear out long before the UPF does.
2. Is the white see-through in strong sun?
No. Every colourway — white included — is a double-knit with a brushed inner face that builds density without weight. Against a light box at 1,000 lux the white reads as soft ivory, not transparent. No show-through, on or off the course.
3. Can I put it in the dryer?
Yes — on a low-heat tumble cycle. Skip the fabric softener; it coats the wicking channels and quietly switches the technology off. Air-drying is faster anyway: the fabric is dry in about twelve minutes.
4. Does it lose its shape after eighteen holes?
No. The 4-way knit recovers to 94% of its original shape, and dimensional change after washing stays at or below 1.5%. Walk, swing, sit, repeat — it holds the line through a full round and the wash that follows.
5. What exactly is it made of?
A double-knit: a brushed 40s micro-modal inner face for hand-feel, over an outer face of GRS-certified recycled polyester carrying ceramic titanium dioxide for sun protection. 160 gsm, summer weight — no coatings, no finishes. The performance lives in the structure.
